Working closely with Water Saver Solutions, Inc., Providence Oregon has significantly reduced water consumption across 8 hospitals and 15 clinics and medical office buildings, reinforcing its pledge to become carbon negative by 2030 through Providence’s WE ACT Environmental Stewardship Initiative.
Key Achievements for Providence Oregon
The Providence Oregon team is on track to achieve a 17% reduction in water consumption, based on comprehensive post-installation data from sites with at least six months of recorded usage. The savings at Providence Seaside Hospital, the only site with a full year of data, are trending at a 23% rate, reflecting very positive results.
